Keypano PRO includes offline download options. Test the exported package on the actual device and delivery environment before promising offline playback to a client.

Finish and preview the project
Check scene order, navigation, image hotspots and any media before exporting. Save the project and wait for processing to complete.
Request the download
Use the download option available for the project in your account. Wait for package generation and download the resulting archive.
Keep the package intact
Extract all files together and follow any instructions supplied with the export. Do not send a single HTML file without its supporting assets.
Test the delivery environment
Open the package using the supported workflow on the target computer. Disconnect the network and test scenes and media. Browser restrictions may require a local web server rather than opening files directly.
Common problems
Externally hosted video, maps, links or other remote services can still require internet access. If those features are essential, verify their behavior before calling the whole experience offline. Contact support for target-device requirements.
