Connect tour scenes with hotspots and floor plans

Navigation hotspots connect existing scenes. A floor plan gives visitors another way to understand the layout and jump between rooms.

Name the scenes

Use distinct names such as Entrance, Living room and Garden. Keep names consistent with the floor plan and with the route a visitor should follow.

Add navigation hotspots

Select the starting scene in the editor, open Hotspot and choose the destination scene. Place the hotspot near the doorway or route that it represents.

Add the floor plan

Open the map or floor-plan tool, upload a plan you are permitted to use, and place scene markers in their corresponding locations. Check marker destinations in Preview.

Test both directions

Follow every hotspot and floor-plan marker. Verify that visitors can return to the entrance and that no marker points to a removed or private scene.

Common problems

A hotspot does not create the destination panorama. Add that scene first. If a marker opens the wrong room, change its assigned scene rather than renaming the visible label alone.
